These terms apply to your use of the Cars Deals website. By using the website you accept them.
Vehicle information
We take care to describe every car accurately, but photos, specifications, mileage, prices and availability are given for information and may change or contain errors. Nothing on this website is a binding offer. The details that apply to a purchase are those confirmed in writing in your sale agreement.
Prices
Prices are in euro and are indicative until confirmed in writing. A price includes taxes, registration and road tax only where the listing says it is a price on the road; otherwise registration, road tax, insurance and delivery are extra. Every car is subject to availability and may be sold at any time.
Super Deals are first come, first served: the first buyer to commit takes the car. Super Deal cars cannot be reserved, and the reduced price applies only while the car is available.
Viewings and requests
Visits are by appointment. Booking a viewing, sending an order request or sending us your car's details does not commit you or us to a sale.
Imported and in-transit cars
Arrival dates for cars in transit are estimates and can change because of shipping, customs or other factors outside our control.
Intellectual property
The design, text, logo and our own photos on this website belong to Cars Deals or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written consent.
Links to other websites
We link to sites such as WhatsApp, Google, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We are not liable for loss caused by relying on information on this website, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, without affecting your rights as a consumer.
