Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies such as local storage work the same way. This page explains which ones we use.
Necessary (always on)
These do not track you and need no consent.
- NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 1 year): remembers the language you chose.
- cd-consent (local storage, until you change it): remembers your cookie choices.
- cd-intro (session storage, until you close the browser): so the opening animation plays only once per visit.
- Admin sign-in cookies: used only on the private staff area, never for visitors.
External media (only with your consent)
- Google Maps: until you choose "Load map", we show a still map image hosted on our own server (© OpenStreetMap contributors), which sets no cookies. The interactive map is loaded from Google only after you allow it. Google may then set cookies such as NID. See Google's privacy policy for details.
What we do not use
We do not use analytics, advertising or social media tracking cookies.
Changing your choice
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page, or by clearing your browser data.
